Offer valid for new clients only who pay a $10,000 design deposit and sign a Preliminary Agreement before 25th September 2025.

The deposit covers drafting of custom plans and a preliminary contract. It does not cover site-specific reports such as HSTP, soil testing, or engineering.

Plans will typically be delivered within 4 weeks of the concept meeting, which occurs after the Preliminary Agreement is signed and the deposit has been received.

If you proceed to build with Noremac Constructions, the deposit will be credited towards your build contract at the Practical Completion stage. The copyright for the plans will remain the property of Noremac Constructions.

If you do not proceed to build with Noremac Constructions, you may keep the completed plans for your own use, and they may be used with another builder. In this case, the deposit is non-refundable.

Noremac Constructions reserves the right to modify or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice. This offer is subject to contract and Noremac Constructions’ standard terms and conditions, which apply in full.
