After our chat, we’ll put together an initial quote based on the home design you’ve chosen—and if you’re looking at a Home and Land package, we’ll include that too.

Once your deposit is in, we’ll get the ball rolling with a soil report, contour survey, and a preliminary site inspection—if your land’s ready to go. This step helps us understand the lay of the land, from the slope and orientation to any standout features. It’s all about making sure your home is the right fit for your block and setting things up for a smooth build from the start.

You’ll be booked in for an Inspiration Session with our colour specialist at our Burpengary design studio. This is where the fun begins! Whether you’ve got a clear vision or need a bit of guidance, we’ll work with you to bring your style to life and make choices that suit your needs and lifestyle.

You’re welcome to pop into the studio (by appointment) as many times as you like before locking in your final selections—we want you to feel 100% confident in every decision.

At this stage, we lay everything out—scope of work, costs, timelines, and terms—so there are no surprises and everyone’s on the same page. It’s all about transparency and making sure you feel confident moving forward.

Once signed, the contract becomes our game plan for bringing your home to life, keeping everything on track and moving toward a smooth, on-time build.

From the first dig to the final touches, we manage every part of the build to make sure everything runs smoothly and stays on schedule. You’ll get regular updates along the way, so you’re never left wondering where things are at.
